Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery. Evidence such as photos may be requested to verify the claim before processing refunds.

6. Delivery and Logistics Liability

Nemu™ works with internal delivery teams or authorized logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. However, delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, logistics delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
